ijjcom Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players' Agreement

1. Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document and all related ijjcom policies. Wherever these words appear with a capital letter, they carry the meaning defined here.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ijjcom. We take this seriously. If at any point ijjcom reasonably suspects that an Account is held or operated by someone under 18, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings generated during the suspension period will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ijjcom is designed for players located in Pakistan. By registering you confirm that you are accessing the platform from Pakistan and that doing so does not violate any local laws or regulations applicable to you personally. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful in your specific circumstances.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one active Account on ijjcom. Duplicate accounts — even under different mobile numbers or identities — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and any balance across those accounts may be confiscated at ijjcom's discretion.

2.4 Mental Capacity

You confirm that you are of sound mind when you register and when you place any bet or game entry on ijjcom. Accounts should not be used by individuals who are currently under the influence of substances that impair judgement.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on ijjcom, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and complete OTP verification. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate and kept current. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate Account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Do not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party. ijjcom will never ask for your password over email, phone, or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, notify support@ijjcom.app immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ijjcom may request identity verification documents at any point, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts. Verification may include a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

3.4 Account Activity

An Account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months may be considered dormant. ijjcom reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. The fee will not reduce a dormant Account balance below zero.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods

ijjcom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed exclusively in PKR. No foreign currency is accepted or disbursed.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit on ijjcom is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 200. Maximum single transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. VIP members may have elevated transaction limits as part of their tier benefits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to ijjcom are typically processed within 10 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. ijjcom is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution after a transfer has been initiated from our end.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from Real Funds are available at any time subject to completed KYC where required. Bonus Funds must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before they convert to Real Funds eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting a wagering requirement will result in the Bonus Funds portion being forfeited — only the Real Funds balance at that point is payable.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit from payment accounts in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to a third party are not permitted on ijjcom. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and any games played with those funds may be voided.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ijjcom are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before submission. ijjcom is not liable for bets placed in error — incorrect team selection, wrong match, wrong bet type — if the bet was confirmed by the player. If a technical error on our side is identified, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded at ijjcom's discretion.

5.2 PSL & Cricket Betting

Cricket and PSL betting markets on ijjcom are governed by the specific rules displayed in the PSL Betting section. All markets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board. Weather-affected matches, abandoned matches, and Duckworth–Lewis method results are all settled in accordance with standard cricket betting rules displayed in the market descriptions.

5.3 Ludo Games

Ludo game outcomes on ijjcom are governed by certified RNG dice mechanics. All players entering a paid Ludo room agree that the game will be played under the displayed rules for that specific format. If a technical disconnection occurs, ijjcom will apply its reconnection and game resolution policy as described in the Ludo Games section. Disputes about individual dice outcomes cannot be raised — the RNG is independently certified and its outputs are final.

5.4 Crash Games & Fishing Games

All random outcomes in crash games and fishing games on ijjcom are produced by certified RNG systems. The displayed multiplier history, payout rates, and game mechanics described in each game section are accurate representations of the actual game behaviour. Past outcomes do not influence future outcomes in any RNG-based game on ijjcom.

5.5 Void Bets

ijjcom reserves the right to void any bet or game entry where there is evidence of a system error, a data feed malfunction that presented incorrect odds, or a clear pricing error that any reasonable player would have identified as a mistake. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's Real Funds balance.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Promotions

All promotions offered by ijjcom are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. General eligibility conditions include: account must be fully verified, account must be in good standing, one promotion of each type per player per eligible period, and the stated minimum deposit must be met where applicable.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited through any ijjcom promotion carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., cashback credited with 0x wagering). The wagering requirement is displayed on each promotion before you opt in. Wagering progress can be tracked in your account dashboard under the Bonuses section.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds on ijjcom carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered by the stated expiry date will be removed from your balance automatically. The Real Funds portion of your balance is not affected by bonus expiry. Expiry dates are always displayed clearly before you claim any offer.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

ijjcom takes bonus integrity seriously. Behaviour considered bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly, using technical exploits to manipulate wagering calculations, coordinating with other players to systematically clear bonuses at zero risk, or providing false information to claim an offer. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses forfeited and the account may be closed permanently.

6.5 Changes to Promotions

ijjcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-period, players who have already opted in and begun wagering will be given a reasonable window to complete wagering or have their stake position assessed fairly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ijjcom and may result in immediate account suspension, balance confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Accessing ijjcom using automated scripts, bots, or software that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any aspect of the ijjcom platform, including game outcomes, payment systems, or account security.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using the platform on behalf of or in the name of another person without their knowledge and explicit consent.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC processes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in Ludo or other multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to ijjcom immediately.
• Abusing the customer support team through offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, deposit limits, or other responsible gaming measures set on your account or any other account.

If you identify a bug or pricing error that could be exploited, report it to support@ijjcom.app immediately. Responsible disclosure is appreciated and treated respectfully.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ijjcom platform — including the logo, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the property of ijjcom or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ijjcom content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of ijjcom's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy and Data

ijjcom collects and processes personal data as described in its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.

Your data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver customer support, and improve the ijjcom platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission.

ijjcom may be required to disclose account data to regulatory or law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements. In such cases, disclosure will be made in the manner and to the extent required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

ijjcom aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party infrastructure problems may cause temporary outages. ijjcom will not be liable for losses arising from inability to access the platform during such periods, though we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate maintenance windows in advance.

10.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on ijjcom that involve an element of chance are genuinely random and outside ijjcom's control once initiated. We are not liable for the financial consequences of any game outcome, bet settlement, or individual gaming session result. Gaming involves risk of financial loss and you participate knowing and accepting this.

10.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ijjcom's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud or gross negligence by ijjcom.

10.4 Third-Party Services

ijjcom integrates with third-party payment processors and game providers. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by those third parties, though we will work with them to resolve issues affecting our players as quickly as possible.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by ijjcom

ijjcom reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. During a suspension, access to the account and withdrawal of funds may be blocked pending investigation.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may close your ijjcom Account at any time by contacting support@ijjcom.app. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any Real Funds balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be disbursed to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Post-Closure

After closure, your account data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements. You may not re-register on ijjcom if your account was closed due to a breach of these Terms unless you receive explicit written permission from ijjcom to do so.

12. Responsible Gaming

ijjcom is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous gameplay to prompt a break.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours to 6 weeks — without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ijjcom for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated period.
• Reality Check: View a real-time summary of your session length and net gaming position at any point during play.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ijjcom may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practical, by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of ijjcom after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you have the right to close your Account before the change takes effect by contacting support@ijjcom.app. We will process any outstanding balance due to you in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of your closure request.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of ijjcom that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be submitted in writing to support@ijjcom.app with full details of the issue and the resolution you are seeking.

ijjcom will investigate all formal complaints within 10 business days and provide a written response. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
